At Imagine Schools, we devote ourselves to creating joy-filled schools in which all are valued, all are responsible for their actions, and all are working toward the common goal of student success. This means that we do “whatever it takes” to ensure that our schools reflect those commitments.  Our principals take the lead by contributing their work and talents in the same way. 

We strongly believe in enabling our principals to become decision-makers in the key areas that affect school success, including financial oversight of the school.  Our principals are leaders in implementing decentralized leadership and shared decision-making throughout the school.

Starting and operating an excellent charter school requires an effective academic and organizational leader who is flexible, mission-centered, and ready to commit to the time and effort required to achieve success.

To help in this process, Imagine Schools provides school leaders with support, resources, experience, and practical help to implement the Imagine Schools’ mission of helping parents to educate their children.  In addition, we ensure that school leaders have many avenues for continued professional growth.
