Chief Financial Officer and President of Schoolhouse Finance
Barry joined Imagine Schools in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and as President of School House Finance, LLC, an affiliate that provides long-term financing for Imagine Schools’ real estate needs.
Prior to joining Imagine, Barry served as Chief Financial Officer for AES Corporation from 1986 through 2005, responsible for all aspects of the AES’ financial reporting, income tax, corporate finance, risk management, and investor relations functions. From 1981 to 1986, he held various positions with Arthur Andersen & Co. with responsibilities including managing financial audit and consulting engagements for a wide variety of domestic and international clients. Barry received a BBA from the College of William & Mary and serves as a Board member of the William and Mary Business School Foundation.
